Guidelines for working with Mangotreetech Agency
1. Scope of Services
Mangotreetech agrees to provide professional digital services. Each project is defined by a separate Statement of Work (SOW). Our core offerings include:
2. Payment & Milestones
We work on a milestone-based payment structure. A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before work commences. Final project files or website transfers are released only upon receipt of the 100% remaining balance.
3. Revisions & Edits
We value excellence. Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds (noted in your proposal). Revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Changes outside the original scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client owns the rights to the final deliverables. Mangotreetech retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is signed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mangotreetech is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or downtime caused by third-party hosting, platform updates (e.g., WordPress/Shopify), or API changes in business automation tools after the project is handed over.
